Here is my brief write up on Bender EV Charge Controller CC612
I did a product evaluation on Bender CC612 controller and if are evaluating or developing AC charging solutions this one the best devices to buy.
- The company is very well organized and all the information is readily available. They have great documentation and it’s easily consumable to anybody and everybody weather you are a product owner or a developer bender has all the information available.
- The executives and the company point of contacts are very well reachable and are available to you if you need them (this is one of the most important aspect for a product evaluation). I have called Mr Raghavendra Sajjan(company point of contact in Bangalore) when ever i needed help or to share information and he has happily obliged .
- The product evaluation was detailed and i got sufficient amount of time to do a detailed evaluation. I have had horrible experiences with large multinational corporation products and even after buying the charging stations from a leading global charger manufacturer i am struggling with them to get things going ( i shall share my experience some time else).
- I did have some questions and suggestions and feedback on the product and the team in Germany responded immediately answering all the queries .
